To support our exciting plans and endeavours, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join us and support our advertising and client operations.

What you’ll do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a central pivot point internally and for our clients, the magic ingredient that supports our services, and the bridge between what we’ve sold and what we deliver, making our high standards a reality.

You’ll be the pivot point between our sales team and clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction levels are maintained and engaging support is provided whilst enabling your sales colleagues to do what they do best – selling and expanding our client base (those clients becoming your customers!).

You will:

- Process and manage client vacancies
- Develop a strong understanding of client’s current processes
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with their advertising projects
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction

On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve:

- Ensuring that regular contact is maintained
- Managing live campaigns effectively
- Supporting internal and external communications
- Educating the clients on our systems and processes
- Day-to-day administrative tasks

What will you need?

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:

- Successful customer service recruitment, sales, or account management experience
- Strong customer focus
- A strong level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office applications and, ideally, a CRM system
- A proactive attitude and plenty of initiative
- Close attention to detail
