What’s in it for you?

- Salary – up to £25,000 DOE
- Bonus – competitive package available
- Pension – you’ll have the option to join our workplace pension scheme
- Benefits – we’ll offer you a cycle scheme and a range of other benefits
- Socials – we provide a Christmas and Summer social with extra quarterly socials if targets are achieved
- Holidays – 23 days’ holiday as standard (including three day Christmas shutdown) rising with service
- Working options – if you are local to Exeter we’ll ask you to attend our office one day per week. For those further afield, you will have the option of permanent home working with occasional visits to Exeter
