To support our growing marketing share, we are now seeking a Media Buyer to join us in a home-based capacity, working one day per week from our Exeter or Bristol offices.

Your Role

As a Media Buyer, you will be supporting sales activity through sourcing digital media products and solutions that will enable us to post job adverts to a wide range of online resources such as job boards and social media. You will also source and allocate print media solutions when required.

Regularly dealing with media contacts, you will build strong supplier relationships to facilitate favourable rates to drive down the cost of advertising media and ensure we can provide cost-efficient solutions to our clients.

Your role will cover media buying and planning, reporting and MI, maintaining our purchase order register and updating supplier records on Salesforce. Additionally, you will primarily be targeted on the timely delivery of media pricing and the margins you will create through effective negotiation.

About You

To be considered as our Media Buyer, here’s what you need:

- Experience in a purchasing and/or procurement role
- Experience of building cross-departmental relationships
- Confidence in communicating through electronic channels
- Competence in basic Excel functions including formulas, charts and conditional formatting
- The ability to prepare high-quality monthly and annual reports for management-level review

Knowledge of the digital recruitment advertising industry would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of using Salesforce.

Your Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, be tasked with creating sales of our recruitment advertising and recruitment software solutions from both existing clients and new organisations within the charity and not-for-profit sector.

As a key element in the development of effective relationships with our existing client base, you will also generate new business from prospective companies who could benefit from partnering with Webrecruit. We’ve created a strong advertising portfolio backed up by expertise and in-depth know-how which has delivered results for hundreds of satisfied clients.

The environment you’ll join is fast-paced and our ever-developing software and advertising solutions portfolio means that there are new selling points every month. You will empower our clients with market knowledge to ensure they make the best of the advertising and technology solutions utilised by them through partnering with Webrecruit.

In addition, you will:

- Respond to all communications in a timely manner
- Treat every client and action as a priority
- Never lose sight of the need for quality in all we do
- Maintain detailed records of all account-related activity in our CRM system
- Take briefs from clients and communicate these accurately
- Work with finance to regarding client Purchase Orders (POs) and payments

About You:

We’re seeking a creative and passionate Client Relationship Manager to join us and drive forward our solutions. To be part of our winning team, you’ll need:

- Experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR recruitment agency experience OR software sales experience
- A driven, target-focused approach
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and obtain buy-in from others

Although not essential, sales experience within the Charities & not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.

Your Day-To-Day

As a Frontend Developer, you will undertake the dual responsibility of developing careers sites for a range of our clients and creating new products, functionality and systems for our technology platform.

This is the ideal role for an individual looking to gain greenfield experience and enact their original ideas and concepts. Our current stack focuses on .NET and Angular/React but we are happy to stray from the beaten path and work in new ways to deliver innovations to our client base.

A key and exciting element to this role is the creation of a totally new careers site that will supersede the current application and unify application workflows. Your part in this will be to develop a new frontend framework that supports a content management system as well as job applications. You’ll be able to get involved in API development for careers sites as well as the application workflow this will be built on.

What We’ll Need From You:

To be considered as a Frontend Developer, you will need experience of the following:

- Modern frontend JS frameworks such as React and Angular
- HTML, CSS, and JS
