To sustain this growth, we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Charities & not-for-profit team to manage relationships between Webrecruit and our clients, to focus on advertising and technology sales and reoccurring revenue.

Your Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, be tasked with creating sales of our recruitment advertising and recruitment software solutions from both existing clients and new organisations within the charity and not-for-profit sector.

As a key element in the development of effective relationships with our existing client base, you will also generate new business from prospective companies who could benefit from partnering with Webrecruit. We’ve created a strong advertising portfolio backed up by expertise and in-depth know-how which has delivered results for hundreds of satisfied clients.

The environment you’ll join is fast-paced and our ever-developing software and advertising solutions portfolio means that there are new selling points every month. You will empower our clients with market knowledge to ensure they make the best of the advertising and technology solutions utilised by them through partnering with Webrecruit.

In addition, you will:

- Respond to all communications in a timely manner
- Treat every client and action as a priority
- Never lose sight of the need for quality in all we do
- Maintain detailed records of all account-related activity in our CRM system
- Take briefs from clients and communicate these accurately
- Work with finance to regarding client Purchase Orders (POs) and payments

About You:

We’re seeking a creative and passionate Client Relationship Manager to join us and drive forward our solutions. To be part of our winning team, you’ll need:

- Experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR recruitment agency experience OR software sales experience
- A driven, target-focused approach
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and obtain buy-in from others

Although not essential, sales experience within the Charities & not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.

The Senior Account Manager is the face, voice, and key contact for their verticals - this is no more evident than when considering Webrecruit’s Public Sector and Education clients. Possessing a wealth of Public Sector and Education based knowledge and a compelling story, Webrecruit is a go to recruitment advertising solutions and recruitment software provider to a long list of organisations, from national government bodies to smaller local authorities, large universities to technical further education institutions and more. Our client base in this vertical is impressive and would afford the successful candidate a rare opportunity to take over a highly profitable and intellectually engaging desk.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you will lead on all client accounts within your portfolio on a contracted and non-contracted bonus; fundamentally, you will retain overall responsibility and accountability for yours and your client’s successes through our partnerships. You will ensure the profitability and growth of your account base via your inside sales expertise, whilst identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities via your networking and direct sales activities, supported by a well-oiled Marketing machine.

In addition, you will:

- Work with an Account Executive to maximise client retention through ensuring high levels of client satisfaction for advertising customers
- Maximise client retention for Technology licenses by providing high levels of satisfaction for ATS and careers site customers
- Develop strategic account plans for key accounts within the portfolio to upsell and cross sell
- Ensure new Public Sector & Education tender wins secured by the Business Development Manager are transitioned effectively and seamlessly to your portfolio, including the requirement to attend pre-contract meetings, develop implementation plans, etc.
- Support and direct the Account Executive to ensure live campaigns are being managed and processed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintain detailed records of all account-related activity in Salesforce, including prompt updating of key pipeline and forecast-related data in Salesforce for the finance department and leadership team

About You

To be considered as our Senior Account Manager for the Public Sector & Education team, you will need:

- Demonstrable proven, successful recruitment advertising/media sales experience in a senior account management capacity
- Working knowledge/experience of CRM software (ideally Salesforce)
- Strong customer focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels

Developing into an advertising, recruitment software and sector Subject Matter Expert for Webrecruit, you will empower our clients with market knowledge to ensure they make the best of the advertising and technology solutions utilised by them through partnering with Webrecruit. Responding to all communications in a timely manner, you will treat every client and action as a priority whilst never losing sight of the need for quality in all we do.

In addition, you will:

- Undertake the day-to-day administrative duties of the team, such as taking briefs from clients and communicating these, accurately administering Salesforce and other systems, monitoring campaign progress and more
- Work collaboratively with the team’s Account Director to maximise revenue and client success, whilst ensuring all are abreast of any revenue risks of client dissatisfaction
- Ensure emails and client calls are actioned with expediency and in a professional manner
- Work with finance to ensure client Purchase Orders (POs) and payments are received from clients in a timely manner

About You

To be considered as our Sales Administrator / Account Executive for the Charities & Not-for-profit team, you will need:

- Ideally, proven and successful account management, sales, or customer service experience
- Customer focus and first-class relationship building skills
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
